Plan changes run through checkout, which opens at launch — no charge can be made from this page. Nothing about your company's data changes when a plan changes: a downgrade makes the app read-only for new work, never a lock on your own history.
Financing partners (client estimates)
Financing offers from independent partner companies, shown on client estimates as a clearly separate service — never in internal views, cost sheets, or bills of materials. Vision One is the platform default for every company. Keep the default, add partners alongside it, or replace it with your own list.

Team
Team invites are part of the signed-in app: owners and admins invite people by email, and each person's access starts and ends with their own company membership. Sign in on the configured deployment to manage your team.
Data protection
Internal costs are stored in a separate document from the client-facing estimate and are readable only by Owner, Admin, and Estimator roles — enforced in the database rules, not just hidden in the interface. Field users submit changes as pending; the office approves them.
